The body and mind and soul are inseparable. There is undoubtedly a very strong connection between metal and physical health. Yoga plays an important role in maintaining all three aspects to live a healthy life.

Yoga has been part of my life for the past 26 years. I have studied Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin styles of yoga as well as Mindfulness in depth and finished my RYS 200 hours teacher training in 2016.
