Who Am I

Beyond the Name:

My path wasn't planned, but it emerged from life's unexpected challenges and family health struggles, and led me to nutrition. From my journalist's curiosity, two books emerged, and my yoga practice quietly evolved into teaching. Whether I am writing, teaching, or listening to a client, I bring the same belief: that healing happens when we stop fighting our bodies and start understanding them instead. Each morning as I open The Breathing Room's doors in Pune, I am grateful to have this space that allows that to happen.
